The idea of building bridges between those struggling with their mental health and their families is woven into everything we do. That comes from the top. Our medical director, Salisu Aikoye, MD, is a double-board certified physician.
He went to undergo an addiction fellowship at University of California Los Angeles. He attended University of Southern California for Masters in Public health with special interest in global mental heath. After completing psychiatric residencies at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in Nigeria, and Central Michigan University, Saginaw respectively. Now, he uses his expertise to help create and implement personalized treatment plans for all of our patients.
